Selection Criteria

• Final Merit Calculation:
• 80% Weightage – GATE Score
• 20% Weightage – Personal Interview
• Minimum Interview Qualifying Marks:
• UR – 70%
• Reserved Categories – 60%

Minimum Educational Qualification:

First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or First Class Master’s Degree (for science disciplines), as per discipline.

GATE Qualification:

Valid GATE Score in 2023, 2024, or 2025 as per discipline-specific code.

Final Year Students:

Eligible if they can provide degree/provisional certificate by 31 July 2025

Foreign Degrees:

Must provide AIU equivalence certificate by 31 July 2025
