• Crucial Date for Educational Qualification: 31/12/2025. (As per Notification)

• OBC : 3 Years | SC / ST: 5 Years
• PwBD: UR/EWS – 10 Years | OBC – 13 Years | SC/ST – 15 Years etc.

How To Apply Online IOCL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 Form

• Apply online only through IOCL portal: https://iocl.com/latest-job-opening (link active on IOCL website).
• Photograph: Recent (captured April 2025 or later), size 4.5 cm × 3.5 cm, JPG/JPEG format, specified file size.
• Signature: Black ink, JPG/JPEG format, specified size. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted.
• Left Thumb Impression: On white paper, black/blue ink, JPG/JPEG format, specified size.
• Portal also captures a live photo via webcam/mobile. Uploaded and live photos must match.
• Only one application should be submitted. If multiple applications are submitted, the latest will be considered and earlier ones rejected.
• Upload all images (photo, signature, thumb impression) strictly as per file-size and dimension rules (Annexure III). Application will not be registered if uploads are missing/incorrect.
• Pay the application fee (if applicable) online through integrated payment gateway using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, UPI, or Mobile Wallet. Wait for server confirmation and download e-Receipt. If e-Receipt is not generated, payment is deemed failed.

Mode Of Examination : Computer Based Test (CBT) with Negative marking: –0.25 for each wrong answer

Stages of Selection :

• Computer Based Test (CBT) (Weightages 85%)
• Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT) (Weightages 05%)
• Personal Interview (PI) (Weightages 10%)
• Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) technical and fitness parameters before joining.

Pay Scale : Rs. 25,000 – 1,05,000/-
